DETAILS: Partners Against Mortality in Epilepsy (PAME) is a collaborative 2.5 day meeting devoted to learning more about the mortality risks that accompany epilepsy, including Sudden Unexpected Death In Epilepsy (SUDEP). Attendees will include parents and caretakers, adult patients, bereaved family members, advocates, medical professionals, government agencies and industry leaders who come together to advance progress and support each other.
The conference will take place June 14-16, 2018 in Alexandria, VA, and all those impacted by epilepsy are invited to attend. Danny Did is a partner and a sponsor of this event as a means to advance awareness, education and solutions for SUDEP and other forms of mortality in epilepsy.
REGISTRATION: Online registration is at http://pame.aesnet.org/. The conference fee is $150 for caretakers and advocates, and $250 for healthcare professionals. Howeever, early bird rates of $100 for advocates and $200 for professionals will be available until May 16th.
