October 12, 2025: The Danny Did Foundation is proud to be an official partner of the Bank of America Chicago Marathon for the 16th straight year. This event will take place on Sunday October 12th. Team Danny Did members participate in the marathon to raise funds and awareness for the Danny Did Foundation. We welcome runners from across the United States and the world to be a part of our team and to join us in advancing awareness of epilepsy and Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy, or SUDEP. UPDATE: Our 2025 team charity spots are now sold out!
DETAILS: We have coveted charity race entries to distribute to those who run and fundraise for Team Danny Did. See below for details on our Team Danny Did runner benefits.
FUNDRAISING COMMITMENT: Runners who receive a Team Danny Did charity entry are required to raise no less than $1,500 if the entry is claimed during the application window of October 22, 2024 to November 21, 2024. That minimum increases to $2,100 if the entry is claimed within the “post close” application window spanning November 22, 2024 to May 31, 2025. Runners who have secured their own race entry but would like to run with Team Danny Did are encouraged to set a fundraising goal of $1,250.
