EADDL Travel Assistance Application
Epilepsy Education Expo and Epilepsy Awareness Day at Disneyland (EADDL) is an event for people of all ages with epilepsy, their families and friends, and those interested in raising awareness for epilepsy. The free EXPO will feature over 100 exhibitors including the newest breakthroughs in medications, technology and more! Experience the 80+ presentations focused on everything from diagnosis and treatment to surgery and therapies, as well as technologies. The FREE Epilepsy Awareness and Education Expo will be held on November 10th and 11th at Disneyland Hotel’s Exhibit Hall. Epilepsy Awareness Day at Disneyland will be held on November 12, 2025, 9:00 a.m. – closing.
If your family would like to attend EADDL and you require financial travel reimbursement assistance, please complete this application. If your application is selected, you will be notified by email. If you are selected, you must complete and sign an agreement. Grants will be awarded to reimburse travel related expenses up to maximum of $1800, including your Disneyland Ticket(s). Reimbursable travel expenses include airfare, hotel, car rental/uber/taxi, gas and parking only. Food expenses are not reimbursable. For expenses to be reimbursed, they must be substantiated. All submitted receipts must be related to your EADDL travel only and must be dated. PLEASE NOTE that you are responsible for making your own travel arrangements and covering all upfront costs. Reimbursement will not be issued until December 2025. Priority will be given to those who have not received a Danny Did grant in the past. Funding will not be disbursed by the Danny Did Foundation until AFTER EADDL, when receipts are provided. Hotel stay reimbursement may only include the NIGHTS of 11/9/2025 through 11/13/2025. If you extend your trip, you will need to cover your expenses. For reimbursement, all labeled receipts must be mailed to the Danny Did office by December 1, 2025.
