Take a wellness break and enjoy Yoga from the comfort of home while supporting kids with epilepsy.

DETAILS: We can all use some calm these days, so join us for a Saturday morning virtual yoga class from the comfort of your home. You can reduce your anxiety while increasing your flexibility, strength, and muscle tone by joining this virtual class at 9:30 am CST on May 23rd.

This family friendly, and all levels class will be instructed by Sarah Johnson. Sarah began teaching yoga after completing her 200-Hour Power Yoga program at CorePower Yoga. Sarah guides a gentle yet challenging practice, accessible to all levels with an emphasis on building strength mentally and physically.

TICKETS: Online at tinyurl.com/yogafordannydid. Pricing is in 3 tiers:

*$10 for those financially impacted by COVID-19

*$20 as the general admission price.

*$40 to give an added donation towards a seizure detection device.

Participants will receive the Zoom link when they register.

QUESTIONS: If you have questions about this event, please email mduffy@dannydid.org.

Event proceeds will support the Danny Did Foundation and will be used to purchase seizure detection devices for families in need. COVID-19 has greatly stressed the resources of the entire nonprofit sector. Seizures do not stop during a pandemic, and Danny Did must continue to provide important mission-based programs and grants to the epilepsy community.

Stay home, stay safe ...but still remember to enjoy your life. Danny did.
